Ride #1 - 2013 Bike the Drive for Felines & Canines

Once a year they close Lake Shore Drive in Chicago and thousands of bike riders take over! This will be my first time ever participating in this ride - and I was born and raised in Chicago! I am so happy to be on the Felines & Canines team, and your donation will help make a difference for homeless cats and dogs in Chicago!

 

In 2011, I rescued 6 cats from a sad life in Recoleta Cemetery in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I brought these cats to Chicago and Felines & Canines open their doors and hearts. They successfully placed these wonderful cats into loving homes within a couple months! I did keep one of the cats - her name is Bombero. Look at her before and after picture below.

Ride #2 - Fight for Air 2013 Lung Associate Ride -
